What an amazing year this has been! It seems like only yesterday when Cathy approached me about bringing Christ -cenetered yoga to Glendale, and here we are one year later tending to some of the most beautiful and godly women from Glendale and the surrounding areas.

" Commit everything to the Lord, Trust Him and He will help you" AMEN! This is the scripture that has led me and Y.O.G.A for the Soul from its inception, and He continues to amaze me.

God has been our marketing officer, and I say this sincerely and with deep humility. So many of our ladies tell me that they prayed for affordable, Christ-centered yoga, near-by, and within days they either saw our sign, or a friend told them about us. We continue to grow, and we look forward to the continued blessings God has in store for this tiny ministry.

Since we believe in total well being, we challenge our yogis and offer fun opportunities for them to practice yoga more frequently. We have also partnered with an amazing raw food chef who will be offering workshops regularly to introduce us to a simple, tasty and healthier way of eating. JUNE CHALLENGE

- five of our yogis won free classes by taking 20 classes in 11 days

AUGUST

- Intro to Raw Food Workshop. Chef Angel Denton did a fabulous workshop and created and served a 5 course meal that was simply to die for.

- Y.O.G.A for the Soul introduced Christ-centered yoga to the Girlfriends at Central Christian Church in Glendale

SEPTEMBER $20/20

- 17 first time yogis participated in this amazing offer and purchased a package which offered them 20 classes for $20! Exisitng members earned FREE classes for referring first timers in September

NOVEMBER
