Class Schedule

Classes are now being offered at our location in Glendale Arizona

The studio is located in a strip mall on North 51st Ave between Thunderbird and Cactus.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 9:30am 4pm 5:30pm

TWO SATURDAY’S per month 10am

Saturday February 18th - 10:am

Saturday March 3rdYoga class & Posture Workshop9:30am - 11:30am$10

The yoga class will be from 9:30~10:30 for those only interested in taking the class.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for signing in, setting up & settling onto your mat. Respect for other practitioners will be honored, therefore we urge you to arrive on time. If you are late, we ask that you enter quietly and get settled quickly.
